摘要
江汉油田职工队伍技能素质提升的过程中存在着技能人才功能结构不合理、派遣劳务用工难度较大、职工技能素质提升活动落实不到位、现有实训基地难以满足技能操作培训的需要、技能培训难以满足用人单位的需要等问题。这些问题的产生是主观和客观方面的综合反映。要深化提升职工队伍技能素质,就必须立足现实,充分发挥现有技能人才的骨干作用;抓住关键,加大技能人才培养工作的力度;着眼长远,拓宽高技能人才成长通道;统筹协调,建立健全提升职工技能素质管理的长效机制;发挥职能,凸现工会组织在提升职工技能素质活动中的独特作用。
The skill development of working staff in Jianghan Oil Field has faced with many problems such as improper talent structure,difficult labor assignment,poor implementation of skill improving activities,failure to meet the demands of skill training and the existing training cannot live up to the expectations of employers.All these problems can find their roots in objective and subjective matters.To improve the skills of working staff,the following steps must be taken: to make full use of the existing talent pool;to step up the cultivation of specialized talents;to open up opportunities for further improvement of highly-skillful workers;to flesh out the long-term institution for skill management;and to make the union take up its due role in improving workers’ skills.
