On Party Members and Cadres' Role in Creating Harmonious Work Environment for Scientific Research Institutes

创建和谐科研院所需要各方力量同心协力,党员干部在创建中作用发挥得好坏,贡献大小,直接关系到创建和谐科研院所成效,关系到整个油田。必须从多方面入手,发挥好应有作用,全力推进创建和谐科研院所工作。

It’s known to take everybody’s effort from top to grass root to create favorable work environment in scientific research institutes.However,the contributions of cadres who are Party members directly decide the work effects and impact Jianghan as a whole.Therefore,the Party members especially the cadres should take the lead in prompting friendly ambience in scientific research institutes.
