On Corporate Culture Development

企业文化,是指企业在长期的经营管理过程中逐渐形成和培育起来的为企业员工所共同遵循的基本信念、价值标准和行为准则。企业文化决定企业发展的大方向,它包含着指导人们行为的价值观和标准。本文从企业文化的重要性、企业文化的构成、企业文化建设要点等三个方面展开阐述。

Corporate culture is a set of basic principle,values and code of conduct followed by all employees,coming into being through long time management and cultivation.Corporate culture decides the direction of a company’s development and guides people in terms of values and behaviors.In this paper,corporate culture is discussed in terms of its importance,composition and the key steps of cultural construction.
