青年在成长的过程中不可避免地产生一些消极的思想因素,通过对其思想行为特点进行分析,从而制定出有针对性的对策,使青年群体的思想政治工作更加灵活有效,体现出因势利导的特点,促进青年人健康成长。

As years pass by,youngsters will inevitably develop some pessimistic thoughts.This paper suggests conducting serious studies on the thinking and acting patterns of the young generation in order to carry out a more targeted and effective political and ideological education facilitating young people’s healthy development while providing timely guidance according to changes in the environment.
