论高职院校思想政治理论课教学中职业精神的培育

On Nurturing Professional Spirits via Political and Ideological Education in Vocational Colleges

具有良好的职业精神素养是高职生立足社会的重要条件,然而目前我国高职院校学生的职业精神培养无法满足企业对人才的需要。作为职业培养主阵地的高职院校思想政治理论课除了在思想上高度重视外,在着力提升教师自身的职业精神素养的前提下,积极探索课堂教学和社会实践中培育学生职业精神的有效方法和途径。

Only with good work ethics and professional skills can a vocational college graduate find a niche in the society.However,the current vocational education cannot meet companies’ requirement on work ethics and skills.As the major resource of work ethic education in vocational colleges,teachers of political and ideological courses should not only get prepared psychologically but also have to improve their own professional qualifications so that they are capable of exploring effective methods to nurturing students’ work ethics and professional thoughts through curriculum and social practices.
