摘要
采油工培训是为生产一线培养掌握一定技能的岗位工人。由于每一期参与培训的学员掌握的采油知识不尽相同,采油岗位培训课的教学就需要有针对性的制订教学计划,通过完成教学计划,让学员在采油理论知识和实际操作技能这两个方面达到相应的水平,达到培养合格岗位工人的目的。
Oil workers training can provide skilled workers required by the production frontier.According to the different levels of knowledge of each class of trainees,trainers should draw up targeted teaching plans to enable the trainees to live up to the post requirements in theory and practical skills.
