摘要
当前国有企业员工培训中存在企业与个人的培训目的不一致、培训计划未能与员工的需求相结合、员工培训投入不足、对培训缺乏评估、培训教材和培训形式单一、缺乏有效的培训激励约束机制等问题。要改进国有企业员工培训,必须确立"以人为本"的培训理念;加大员工培训的投入;建立完善的培训体系;加强培训效果的评估;要让员工培训与企业文化建设结合起来;要建立健全培训的激励约束机制。
There are some problems in the staff training of the state-owned enterprise,such as difference of enterprise to person training purpose,lack of integration of training program and the staff’s requirements,insufficient spending and assessment on the training,single training material and training mode and lack of mechanism to effectively stimulate restrain the training.Improving it requires establishing the people-oriented training idea,increasing the spending on it,setting up perfect training system,strengthening evaluation on the training effect,combing it with the construction of enterprise culture and establishing a sound mechanism to encourage and restrain the training.
