A Few Words on How to Improve Quality of Economic Activities Analysis in Petroleum Enterprises

当前油田企业经济活动分析中存在着与生产经营实际联系不够、分析基础工作不够全面、分析的深度和广度不够等问题。要提高油田企业经济活动分析质量,就要建立完善的分析网络体系,提高分析人员的水平,做好分析工作的基础;推进全面预算管理,健全和完善预算考评体系,优化预算、核算与分析,使三者达到统一;深入调查研究,运用多种分析方法,拓展分析领域,切实提高经济活动分析质量。

some problems exist in current economic activities analysis in petroleum enterprises.They are that the analysis does not have a close link with their production and management,its basic work is not comprehensive enough and the analysis lacks depth and breadth.To improve the analysis quality is to lay a good foundation for analysis work by establishing a perfect system of analysis network and raising analysts’ level,promote overall budget management by perfecting system of budget assessment and optimize budget,accounting as well as analysis for their unity,and improve economic activities analysis through deeply investigation and research,using various analysis methods and expanding analysis field.
