摘要
构建和谐的卫生监督关系,要以搭建交流平台、开展便民服务、打造文明窗口等活动,为民服务,搭建和管理相对人之间共融和谐的桥梁;要通过循序渐进满足员工不同层次的心理需求、扬长补足满足员工不同的脾气秉性、和谐建家营造家园式文化氛围等活动,以人为本,搭建干部与员工共荣和谐的桥梁;要通过参与党员双重管理,与社区结对共建党员互助平台,通过参与卫生知识宣传,与社区结对共建居民健康长廊,真情奉献,搭建与社区共建和谐的桥梁。
Establishing a harmonious health supervision relation is meant to serve the people and construct and manage the bridge to promote communion and harmony among the people based on such activities as setting up exchange platform,launching handy service for the people and forging civilization image,put the people first and construct the bridge to promote harmonious co-prosperity among the leadership and employees through the activities of satisfying employees’ psychological needs of different levels step by step,highlighting advantages and bypassing the disadvantages to meet different tempers and natures of the employees and building a harmonious home of workers to create home-type cultural atmosphere and sincerely construct the bridge to build a common harmony together with community by participating in Party member dual management to co-erect mutual assistance platform for Party members in pairs and by having a hand in publicity of hygienic knowledge to co-establish resident health corridor in pairs.
