伴随着人民币国际化进程的加快,大量留存境外的人民币资金通过人民币外债的方式又流回境内。从跨境人民币外债发展进程着手,研究发展人民币外债存在的成本与收益,比较分析人民币外债与外币外债的异同,有利于提出发展人民币外债的相关对策和建议。

With the accelerated process of internationalization of the RMB,a large number of kept outside the RMB funds to flow back into the territory of China in the form of the RMB foreign debt.To precede the development process of cross-border Renminbi foreign debt,the Author do research on costs and benefits of developing the RMB foreign debt,comparatively analyze the similarities and differences of the RMB foreign debt and foreign currency debt,propose countermeasures and suggestions for developing the RMB foreign debt.
