摘要
在分析了传统挣值法存在的固有不足和缺陷的基础上,结合相关学者的研究成果,对进度预测公式进行修正,并结合网络计划技术,提出改进的挣值法,最后通过实例进行分析。该方法能监控到关键路径的变化,并可以得到非关键任务的浮动时间,能提供更深入的进度信息,为项目经理的决策提供可靠依据。
In order to improve overall situation of immune algorithm in the realization of production scheduling and further enhance its convergence speed, it introduces the thought of self - adaptive cloning crossover - muta- tion operator and population decomposition. The contrast of the simulated experimental results is the zero wait immune algorithm in solving of the flow shop scheduling problems, shows that the improved immune algorithm has certain advantages in avoiding population early maturation and improving convergence speed.
