摘要
通过应用有限元模态分析理论,对π型龙门框架存在的动力学问题进行了研究。根据实际情况,设计了2种不同的内部筋板,经过ANSYS Workbench软件的结果对比,得出了不同的筋板对π型龙门框架的动力学特性具有显著的影响的结论,为π型龙门框架的结构优化设计提供了一定的理论依据。
Based on the finite element method, it analyzes the dynamics of π -type gantry framework. According to the actual situation, it designs two different internal ribs. The simulation results of the ANSYS Workbench software show that the different rib plate have a significant impact on the dynamic characteristics of the π - type gantry framework. This provides a theoretical basis for the π -type gantry framework structural optimization design.
