摘要
运用结构优化设计方法,对某型号数控龙门镗铣床立柱进行了静动态结构分析,并且提取了立柱结合面的受力情况,为后续的分析提供了精确的边界条件。然后对立柱进行参数优化,建立了数学优化模型,并采用拉格朗日二次规划法进行优化计算,得到满足条件的设计变量。优化结果表明,在产品设计阶段将传统的设计与结构优化设计方法结合起来,可以有效提高产品的精度和综合性能。
Based on analysis of the optimal column structure design in NC plano boring and milling machine, it extractes the force of interface, which provides accurate boundary conditions for subsequent analyses. Then it conducts the parameters optimization of the column and establishes the mathematical optimization model. Using NLPQL algorithm for the optimization, it obtains the qualified design variables. Optimization results show that the method is very effective to improve the dimension precision of products and comprehensive performance.
