中药解酒剂防止酒精性肝损伤的实验研究

Experimental study of Chinese traditional medicine applied in the prevention of alcoholic liver injury

通过小鼠解酒防醉药效、肝匀浆LPO值测定及其内脏器官观察和肝切片电镜观察的综合实验 ,考察了中药解酒剂F1、F2 和F3的解酒药效与延缓酒精中毒对肝功能损伤的功效之间的关系 .结果表明 ,解酒药效与保肝功能呈正相关 ;采用添加保肝中药的配方和中西药结合的方式 。

The relations between the dealcoholism effects of Chinese traditional medicine F 1, F 2 and F 3 and their alleviation effects on alcoholic liver injury were screened by observing the dealcoholism and antialcoholism effects on rats, LPO analysis and the microgragh observation of rats' livers. The results showed that the dealcoholic effects could positively protect liver. Both dealcoholism effects and the capacity of preventing liver injury were strengthened by means of adding several types of special Chinese traditional medicine or combinding them with Western medicine. The experimental results provide necessary basis for the reasonable dealcoholic prescription of Chinese traditional medicine.
