摘要
第二课堂在高职学生职业生涯规划中发挥标杆、平台与检测作用,能够将职业生涯规划的预期与社会生活巧妙结合起来,提升职业生涯规划的可行性与目标的现实性。第二课堂需要坚持层次性原则、个性化原则与具体性原则;第二课堂应当利用自我测定方法引导学生深刻认识自我,利用定期访查分析学生个性特征,利用实践基地保障多样化的职业生涯规划指导;第二课堂的开展也需要人、财、物各个方面的保障。
The second class in the career planning plays a role of benchmarking, platform and testing, which can combine expectations of career planning with social life cleverly and upgrade the feasibility of the career planning and the reality of target. The second class needs to adhere to the principle of hierarchy, personality and specific. The second class should use self- determination method to guide students to understand themselves profoundly, the way of regular visits to analyze students' personality characteristics and practice bases to ensure diverse forms of career planning. Also, the second class needs all aspects of resource in personnel, finance and material.
