摘要 提出了一种利用动态变频正弦光栅图样测量 CCD的调制传递函数的方法 .与其他方法相比 ,该方法具有数据处理简单、靶函数的引入无需借助光学系统的特点 .给出了典型的线阵和面阵 A method for measuring the modu lation transfer fun ction (MTF) of Charge-coupled device (CCD) is presented,using sine grating pat terns of dynamic varying frequency. Compared with other methods, the advantages of our method inc lude simple data processing and straightforwardly projection of the sine pattern to measured CCD array without any optical system. Measured MTF curves for the t ypical linear and area CCDs are shown.
