Corrosion and Protection for Zhuhai-Zhongshan Buried Natural Gas Pipeline

分析了在我国南方气候和地质环境下长输天然气管线的腐蚀概况及腐蚀防护技术现状,检测了中海油珠海-中山长输天然气埋地管线的腐蚀状况,进行了腐蚀评价,并对该管线进行了防腐蚀阴极保护工程改造。改造后该段天然气埋地管线达到了被保护状态。还对中海油珠三角地区特定区域环境下埋地天然气管线的腐蚀与防护提出了建议。

This paper analyzed the corrosion and protection for Zhuhai-Zhongshan buried natural gas pipeline in climate and geological environment of south China. The corrosion of natural gas pipelines in Guangdong pipeline company of CNOOC was inspected. Cathodic protection was used for buried natural gas pipelines, so that safe operation was achieved. Technical recommendations for buried natural gas pipeline corrosion and protection were proposed.
