核黄素合剂对小鼠运动能力的影响观察 被引量:3

摘要 以昆明种小白鼠为实验对象 ,观察了核黄素合剂对运动训练小鼠运动能力的影响 .将小鼠 ( 3 0只 )随机分成 2组 .对照组 (给予运动训练 ,普通饲料和正常饮水 ) ,实验组 (给予运动训练 ,普通饲料 ,核黄素合剂 ) .实验结果显示 :实验组小鼠耗竭游泳时间明显长于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1) ,血乳酸指数明显低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) .提示核黄素合剂具有改善训练小鼠整体状况 ,提高小鼠运动能力的作用 . In this experiment,Kunming mice were us ed and the effect of Riboflavin(Vitmin B 2) on the endurance time of swimming of train ed mice were observed.30 mice were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group (swimming plus normal eating and drinking) and experimental group (swimming p lus fee ding riboflavin compound except normal food).The results showed that:(1).the swi m ming endurance time of experimental group was obviously longer than that of cont rol group (P<0.01).(2).The ratio of blood lactic acid of experime ntal group is significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).This s uggests that riboflavin compound could improve physical endurance of mice.
