摘要 通过对载体两性电解质、电极液、电泳功率和时间及加样方法、灵敏度等影响因素比较分析 ,对薄层等电聚焦分离血清磷酸肌酸激酶 -BB的实验方法进行了探讨 ,并在此基础上对脑缺血病变时 Through the comparison and analysis of the factors such as carrier amp holytes,electrophoresis time and power,methods for loading sample and so on,I EF-PAGE analysis of CK-BB in plasma was studied.At the same time ,CK-BB in pl asma of rat with blood shortage of brain is also studied.
