Through the comparison and analysis of the factors such as carrier amp holytes,electrophoresis time and power,methods for loading sample and so on,I EF-PAGE analysis of CK-BB in plasma was studied.At the same time ,CK-BB in pl asma of rat with blood shortage of brain is also studied.
