摘要
为正确评估新农村水电电气化工程的实施对社会经济、节能减排的作用,给出了适合新农村水电电气化工程节能减排效益量化评估的计量方法,并对河北省承德县实施该项工程前后的效益进行比较。
To evaluate the energy saving and emission reduction benefits of the implementation of new rural hydropower electrification project of socio-economic development,this paper puts forward the econometric models and measurement methods of the quantitative assessment of energy saving benefits of new rural hydropower electrification project.The benefits before and after the implementation of the project of Chengde city in Hebei Province are compared.
