摘要
卡介苗(BCG)的免疫保护作用存在争议,多重耐药结核杆菌(MDR-TB)的出现,以及艾滋病(AIDS)的流行,导致结核病(TB)的发病率呈现回升趋势,给TB防治提出了新的挑战。因此,发展新的TB疫苗成为TB防治的迫切需要。本文综述结核疫苗研究的最新进展。
The immunoprotective effect of Bacille Calmette-Guerin （BCG） is controversial. Appearance of multi-drug resistant tubercle bacilli（MDR-TB） and prevalence of AIDS lead to an upswing of tuberculosis （TB） incidence, which poses a challenge to TB control. Therefore, the development of new TB vaccines become an urgent need for prevention and treatment of TB. This article will review the latest developments of TB vaccine research.
