摘要
给出了一种能够在一维方向或二维方向精确确定物体位移和转动的光学纤维传感器 .从一个大直径多模光纤中发射出的光 ,入射到一个由平凸透镜和平面镜组成的系统的曲面上 ,光经反射后 ,被小直径的多模光纤收集 ,经处理后确定物体的位移和转动 .两者的分辩率分别达到微米量级和百分之一度 .
In tis paper an optical fiber based sensor is presented which can enable the accurate determination of tilt and displacement in one or t wo planes.Light from a large core multi-mode fiber is launched onto the curved surface of plano-side-silvered plano-convex lens.The reflected light is recov ered by small core multi-mode fibers and serves as the means for determining th e displacenient of tilt.Their resolution can be micron and 0.01 degree respectiv ely.
