摘要
本文提出了一个描述半导体热敏电阻 R- T特性的数学公式 ,这一公式不但能更精确描述热敏电阻的 R- T特性 。
In this paper,a new type of formula describing R T characteristic of thermal resistance is put forward.Not only the R T characteristic is described more precisely,but also the characterization of property of thermal resistance materials is made more refined at the same time by this expression.
