摘要
研究了高铝锌基合金 ( Zn- 2 7% Al)挤压铸造的组织和性能。挤压铸造显著提高合金的塑性和韧性 ,延伸率由重力铸造时的 1 %~ 3%提高到 1 0 %~ 1 8% ,冲击强度由重力铸造时的2 0~ 50 J/cm2提高到 95~ 1 37J/cm2。与重力铸造相比 ,合金的组织显著细化 ,组织中共晶体含量增加 ,ε相 ( Cu Zn4 )的含量减少。
An investigation was conducted to study the property and the structure on squeeze castings of Zn 27%Al alloy Plasticity and ductility were improved significantly by squeeze casting The results showed that elongation of squeeze casting increases 1%~3% to 10%~18% in gravity castings and impact strength increases 20~50J/cm 2 to 95~137J/cm 2 in gravity castings The microstructure is fined remarkably and eutectic phases increase and ε phase(CuZn 4)reduces compared with gravity casting alloy
