摘要
利用高功率激光脉冲在固体材料中产生超声波这一物理现象 ,研究以非接触方式测量固体材料的厚度 ,通过专门设计的连续激光器探测系统 ,测量出的钢板厚度与实际数据相一致 。
The article reports the supersonic phenomenon generated by using high power laser pulsing the solid material,and studies the measurement of solid materials thickness by untouched ways.The author used the special devices of the continuous laser detect system to measure the thickness of steel plate.The data is consistent with the actual ones very well.The theory and experiment basis was provided for the feasibility of developing practical application.
