高密度聚乙烯支化度与其熔体质量流动速率比的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章选用5种牌号的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),按ISO1133:1997热塑性塑料熔体质量流动速率和熔体体积流动速率的测定标准规定,采用温度均为190℃,负荷分别用21.6 kg和2.16 kg测得每种HDPE的熔体质量流动速率,测得了每种HDPE在这两种条件下得熔体质量流动速率比。同时利用红外光谱测得了每种HDPE的支化度,结果表明材料熔体质量流动速率比越大,支化度越大。 The melt mass flow-rate(MFR) ratio of 5 type high density polyethylene(HDPE) was according to ISO1133:1997 'determination of the melt mass-flow rate(MFR) and the melt volume-flow rate(MVR) of thermoplastics',the ratio was the result of 190 ℃ and 21.6 kg divided by the result of 190 ℃ and 2.16 kg.The branching degree was received simultaneously by infrared analysis.The result showed the MFR ratio increased along with the increase of the branching degree.
