摘要
文章通过讲述国内第一套单系列、大型化、自动化以天然气为原料制甲醇装置的主要工艺流程;阐述了初始建设时的补碳方式的选择以及后来根据实际生产情况对氢碳比进行的一系列优化措施,论证了氢碳比对甲醇生产消耗的重要性,得出了调整氢碳比新的方法。
The paper described the main process flow of the first set of single series,large-scale,automatized methanol plant with natural gas as raw material in China.It expatiated on the selection of the carbon filling methods during initial construction,and the following series of optimization measures of the H/C ratio implemented according to the actual production conditions.It demonstrated that Hydrogen/Carbon ratio was important to methanol production consumption,and it concluded the new methods for adjusting the Hydrogen/Carbon ratio.
