摘要
文章介绍了PLC在洁净室空调控制系统中应用。同时,在介绍了洁净室空调控制系统总体结构的基础上,文章说明了使用PLC实现控制空调控制的过程。结论表明:在控制系统中使用PLC,大大提高了洁净室空调控制系统的数控化和机电一体化水平。
Thepaper introduced the application of PLC in clean-room air-conditioning control system.At the same time,the paper illuminated the process of the PLC control talking to base on the introducing of the clean-room air-conditioning control system,the concluding was： using the PLC in the control system has greatly improved the NC level of mechanical and electrical integration of the clean-room air-conditioning control system.
