摘要
引入服务质量评价模型"感知-期望"公式及需求层次理论,以中山大学在校学生为调查对象,基于学科性质及校区分布进行调研,获取高校用户对馆藏资源的感受值与期望值,并探析其原因,由此提出学科馆藏建设策略。
The paper introduces the ' Perception - Expectation' formulate of service quality evalua- ting model and need - hierarchy theory, chooses the students of Sun Yat - sen University as sample to make investigation based on the course property and campus distribution. By the statistical analy- sis of the questionnaire data, finds out the difference and its cause of the perception and expectation to various forms or attribute of collection between different subjects. On that basis, proposes four strategies about the development of subject collection.
