多齿围沙蚕的繁殖及培育的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on the Rearing and Propagating of Perinereis nuntia (Savigny)

对采自厦门杏林海区的多齿围沙蚕进行人工繁殖和人工培育 .结果表明 :多齿围沙蚕产卵量一般为 2 0 0 0 0～ 30 0 0 0粒左右 ;受精卵在水温 2 0℃以下时 ,不能正常发育 ,但在 2 3～30℃时可发育孵出幼体 ;多齿围沙蚕的雌雄性比约为 1∶ 1.5;生命周期通常为 1a ,在完成生殖后死亡 ;食性为杂食性 ,以海藻 (浒苔 )为饵 ,生长效果最佳 ;生殖前的异沙蚕体在低温 (2～12℃ )条件下 ,可延长存活数天 ;

This paper deals with the results of an observation on the artificial rearing and propagating of Perinereis nuntia,which was collected along the coast of Xing lin Gulf,Xiamen.It shows that the individual fecundity of P.nuntia ranges from 20000～30000 eggs;When the water temperature drops below than 20℃,the fertilized eggs could not develop normally.When the water temperature retains at 23℃～30℃,the hatching rate is high.The sex ratio between the female and male individual is 1∶1.5;The life span usually is about one year,and they die as soon as they accomplish their reproduction;the feeding habit of P.nuntia is omnivorous,but they have a preference for seaweeds(Enter omorpha etc.)and it is more efficient for their growing;Before the reproduction the heteronereis of P.nuntia could extend their survival days under the cold storage of 2～12℃.The appearance of the heteronereis is related to the phase of the moon,in the laboratory.
