摘要
主要介绍了LT10 54开关电容电压转换器与稳压器的功能 ,以及利用它构成 10 0mA可调负电压倍增器 ,并介绍了相应的器件选择和参数分析 .
This paper focuses on the functions of LT1054 switched capacitor voltage inverter and stabilizer and its application to form 100mA negative voltage doubler with regulated output,as well as the component choice and parameter analysis concerned.
