改善大连湾船舶交通定线系统的研究

On the Improvement of Ships'Routeing System at Dalian Bay

根据IMO及我国有关船舶交通定线规划的原则 ,通过海上船舶交通调查与实态观测 ,分析大连湾船舶交通存在的主要问题 ,提出了改善大连湾船舶交通定线系统的方案 .

On the basis of the principle of the shipsrouteing system set by IMO and our country,the vessel traffic has been investigated and observed at Dalian bay.The main problems of the vessel traffic at Dalian bay have been analyzed,and the scheme of the improvement has been put forward.
