摘要
采用双级耦合气雾化法制备Ni60A粉末,并通过激光粒度分析仪﹑扫描电镜等研究了Ni60A粉末的表面形貌、松装密度、及粒度分布。研究结果表明:用双级耦合雾化系统生产的粉末球形度高,存在卫星结构粉末,且细粉末明显增多,空心粉少;松装密度大;粉末粒径分布曲线呈单峰且近似正态分布。还分析了双级喷嘴对雾化过程及粉末粒度的影响机理。
Ni60A powder was prepared by Two-stage coupling atomization. The size distribu-tion, apparent density and surface morphologies of the Ni60A powder were investigated by laser scattering particle size distribution analyzer, scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The results show that the two-stage coupling system produced much finer powder with less fault and bigger apparent density, but the powders exists assatellite structure. The differential distribution curve of powder size exhibits unimodal and normal distribution form. Besides, the influence mechanism of the two-stage coupling atomization on atomizing process and particle size was also analyzed.
