易切削钢粉末的制备及性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍了莱钢粉末冶金公司近期研制开发的S系易切削钢粉的试生产过程,该产品所具有的特性及其应用情况。通过烧结和切削加工实验,研究了添加硫化锰的烧结钢的加工性,结果显示,莱钢粉末冶金公司生产的易切削钢粉与日本公司产品切削性能接近。 The pilot production process, properties and application of the steel powder contai- ning sulfur for free cutting developed recently by Laiwu iron I~ steel group powder metallurgy Co. Ltd. were presented. The machinability of sintered steel added manganese sulfide was studied through sintering and machining experimen. The results show that the properties of the steel powder for free cutting developed by Laiwu iron steel group powder metallurgy Co. Ltd. are close to that of steel powders of Japanese companies.
