分布式电源的准入容量与优化布置的实用方法 被引量:54

摘要 分布式电源接入配电网后对电网节点电压、网络潮流、网损等方面带来的影响与分布式电源的准入容量及接入位置密切相关。应用静态负荷模型,以电压不越限与线路载流量为约束条件,建立了分布式电源准入容量与接入位置之间的函数关系。进一步以网损最小为目标函数,将准入容量纳为约束条件建立了分布式电源的最优布置函数关系,并针对典型的配电网负荷分布,提供了经简化的实用化计算函数。结论表明所研究的分布式电源准入容量与优化布置的实用化方法可以为快速准确地解决分布式电源在电网规划中的定址优容与定容选址等相关问题提供重要的参考决策。 The impact of DG(Distributed Generation) on the node voltage,power flow and power loss of distribution network is heavily depending on its size and location.Based on the static load model,the functional relation between its maximum penetration level and location is developed with the constraints of voltage and line capacity.The functional relation of the optimal DG location is developed with the objective function of the minimum network loss and the constraint of the maximum penetration level.The simplified and practical calculation function is given for several typical load distribution models.An example illustrates that the proposed method can be used in the grid planning to optimize the capacity of DG with determined place or to choose the place of DG with fixed capacity.
