嵌入省域产业特色的优势学科群集群发展模式研究——创新驱动视阈下以黑龙江省高校学科群为例

Research on Development Pattern of Advantage Subject Clusters Which Embedded Regional Industries Characteristics——A case study of subject clusters of Heilongjiang which under the perspective of innovation drive

创新驱动已经成为我国在"十二五"时期内能否完成产业结构调整和教育体制改革的关键因素。根据黑龙江省特色产业及高校学科群发展的现状,可以搭建黑龙江省装备制造技术创新研发工程平台、黑龙江省高校新药工程技术研发平台和中药新药研发技术平台、黑龙江省优势农产品生产与加工研发平台和黑龙江省东部煤电化工程技术研发平台等四方面校企协同创新研发平台。相应的,建议配套组建先进装备制造学科群集群、新药开发学科群集群、农林产品精深加工学科群集群和黑色能源产业学科群集群等四个优势学科群集群。

Innovation drive has been a key factor related to whether China could complete industries restructured and educational system reformed in the Twelfth Five-Year period. On the basis of analyzing the development status quo of subject clusters and characteristic industries of Heilongjiang province, proposed cooperative solutions based on constructing R＆D engineering platform of Heilongjiang in the following four areas of equipment manufacturing technology, colleges and universities new drug engineering technology, Chinese medicine drug discovery technology, advantage agricultural production and processing research technology and east Heilongjiang province coal galvanic. Recommend supporting formation of advantage subject clusters of advanced equipment manufacturing, new drugs research and development, agricultural and forestry products deep processing and black energy industries. Meanwhile, gave out the orientation of related security policies.
