“能力开发”系统对高职院校人才培养模式改革的启示--以新加坡南洋理工学院为例 被引量:7

摘要 以新加坡南洋理工学院(Nanyang Polytechnic,英文缩写NYP)的"能力开发"系统为例,对NYP"能力开发"的内涵、特点和及其运行管理模式进行分析与探讨,并以我国高职院校人才培养模式改革作为切入点,提出借鉴NYP"能力开发"理念进行高职院校的"工学结合"教学模式和科技研发一体化改革,以培养教职员能力、学生能力以及学校能力(即竞争力)的建议,实现通过以技术研发为核心的创新力带动高职院校的可持续发展。 This paper has introduced and analyzed the connotation, features and the operation and management mode of "Capability Development" of NYP. With consideration of the specific conditions of reform of talent cultivation mode in Chinese higher vocational schools, the author suggests that we can follow the example of NYP's "Capability Development" system concept and implement "industry-education integration" not only in teaching but also in R&D, and also puts forward the thought of promoting reform of teaching mode of "industry- education integration" by scientific research and innovation and fostering faculty ability, student ability and school ability (i.e. competitiveness), thus achieving sustainable and continuous innovative development of higher vocational schools through innovation ability required by technical research and development.
