催化水合法制乙二醇工艺中NY1、NY3的溶解性能

摘要 对催化水合乙二醇工艺中NY1和NY3催化剂在乙二醇、甘油和它们各自最佳配比的乙二醇与甘油混合溶剂中的溶解度以及上述各饱和溶液的黏度随温度的变化关系进行比较,结果表明:当温度大于100℃时,NY3在上述三种溶剂中的溶解度都大于NY1;而且当温度大于95℃时,相同温度下NY3与溶剂形成的饱和溶液的黏度低于NY1与相同溶剂形成的饱和溶液.所以,NY3更适合作原工艺的催化剂. The solubility of catalyst NY1 and NY3 in the solvents of ethylene glycol,glycerol and optimal mixed solvent of EG and glycerol were determined and the relations between viscosity of the above saturated solutions and the temperature were discussed.The results showed that when the temperature was higher than 100℃,the solubility of NY3 in the above three solvents were all more than NY1,and when the temperature was higher than 95℃,the viscosities of the saturated solutions composed of NY3 and the solvents were lower than NY1 under the same temperature.Therefore,it was better to choose NY3 as the catalyst of the original process.
