在江苏沿海开发上升为国家战略和长三角区域一体化的背景下,沿海地区作为江苏未来经济发展的重要增长极,产业转型升级面临着机遇和挑战。推动沿海县域产业转型升级应着眼于构筑沿海现代产业体系,创新体制机制和整合要素,同时必须注意适当保护劳动密集型产业,重视环境和生态,完善对外地资本和产业进入沿海的引导政策。

Against the background of coastal development in Jiangsu Province enhanced to a state level and the Yangtze River Delta regional economic integration,the coastal area,as an important growth pole of the future economy of Jiangsu,is faced with opportunities as well as challenges in the process of transitioning and upgrading their industries.To propel the transitioning and upgrading of coastal county industries we should focus on constructing a modern coastal industry system,innovating system mechanism and integrating system elements,properly protecting labor-intensive industries,paying attention to environment and ecology,and perfecting the policies to guide foreign capital and industries into the coastal area.
