Due to the successful advantages of IELTS,innovation principles are raised for the effective reforms of English teaching in international cooperation programs.The established convergence mechanism of language teaching activities and training of language user＇s integrated competences contributes to the unified implementation of IELTS training strategies in English teaching activities at international schools of cooperation,which aims to form a healthy cycle of integrated improvement of language,culture and thinking habits.
