创新型人才的培养和塑造,要靠创新性教育。创新性教育中无论是教育者还是受教育者都面临挑战和考验。因此,要发挥思想政治理论课引导创新的价值导向功能,树立现代教育理念,挖掘教育教学资源,创新教学方法,强化学生综合素质的培养,为学生创新能力锻炼提供平台。

The cultivation and shaping of creative talents relies on creative education,in which both educators and educatees will encounter challenges and tests.Therefore we should fully play the role of ideological and political education to guide the creative education,develop modern education concepts,mine for teaching resources,innovate teaching methods and strengthen the cultivation of students＇ overall abilities,thus building a platform for students to practice their creative abilities.
