对高职院校生源地信用助学贷款违约工作的思考

Reflections on Credit Default of Locally-Granted Student Loan in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职生生源地信用助学贷款违约的原因主要有对学生的诚信教育不够,就业形势严峻,学校对学生贷款管理工作重视度不够及学生个人征信系统不完善等。针对这些原因,提出了严格审核贷款制度,做好学生诚信教育工作,做好困难学生就业帮扶工作等措施,以解决高职生生源地信用助学贷款违约问题。

Locally-granted student loan has gained great social effects since it took effect in the year of 2007,having financially aided a large number of needy students to finish their school and having become the major support policy of the college aiding system.Currently,the loan repayments are on schedule,but contract-breaks which hinder the well development of aiding system has risen.The passage analyzes the reasons of contract-breaks,and brings up the counter-measures to reduce the default rate.
