表观遗传因素对哺乳动物胚胎发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 哺乳动物核移植技术作为发育生物学的重要研究方法,在农业、医药、动物保护等方面具有巨大潜力。核移植的低成功率一直是其发展的瓶颈,而体细胞核在卵母细胞中的重编程效率低下是造成该瓶颈的重要诱因。DNA甲基化作为支配基因正常表达的表观遗传修饰方式,是调节基因组功能的重要手段,在胚胎正常发育过程中具有显著调节基因组功能的作用。本研究论述了DNA甲基化、基因印记、microRNA、X染色体失活等因素对哺乳动物胚胎发育中基因调控的影响。
