摘要 当前,人力资源管理专业学生就业难的原因,主要来自于面试能力差、办公软件的操作能力差、实践能力差、沟通能力差、团队意识不强等方面。人力资源管理专业的学生应该加强个人素质、基本能力、专业知识能力和实践能力等方面的培养和锻炼,以满足社会需求;高校应该注重人力资源专业人才就业体系的研究,改革教学方法,实施全面性教育,突出学生的团队意识教育;重新修订教学计划,加大专业主干课的课时量,将理论教学与实践操作相结合;加强校企互动,合理安排实习环节,从而提高学生的社会实践能力、办公自动化能力、沟通能力、专业知识能力。 The low employment rate of students trained by human resource programs is caused by the students' poor performance in job interview, practice, communication, and their weak team awareness. Students majored in human resource management shall enhance the development of their personal ability, basic ability, professional knowledge, and practical ability to meet the requirement of the society. Higher educational institutions shall focus on the study of employment-obtalnlng ability system for talents of this specialty, reform the teaching method, and carry out full-scale education, especially the team awareness education. In addition, they shall revise the teaching plan, increasing the class hour of major courses and integrating theoretical teaching with experimental learning and motivate the interaction with enterprises, arranging proper internship programs to improve students' ability in terms of social practice, office automation, communication and professional knowledge.
