摘要
利用裂解气相色谱 /质谱法研究丙烯腈 -甲基丙烯酸 - 2 -羟乙酯共聚物的热稳定性和热裂解机理 .结果表明 :聚合物在 4 0 0℃以下的热稳定性随甲基丙烯酸 - 2 -羟乙酯(HEMA)投料比的增加逐渐下降 ,其完全裂解温度在 4 0 0~ 50 0℃ ,完全裂解温度不受聚合时单体配料比的影响 .在高温下的裂解表现为两个均聚体裂解行为的加和 .研究结果对该聚合物的实际应用具有一定的指导意义 .
Thermal stability and degradation mechanism of acrylonitrile 2 hydroxyethyl methacrylate copolymer were investigated by pyrolysis gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(PyGC/MS). The study showed that the thermal stability of copolymer decreases with the increase in the starting acrylonitrile/(2 hydroxyethyl methacrylate) molar ratio yield at 400 ℃. Its maximum decomposition temperature ranges from 400 ℃ to 500 ℃ and is not associated with its constituent components. The pyrolytic decomposition embodies the addition of the two monomer's pyrolysis products. The result has certain guiding significance to the application of the copolymer.
