金银花汤治疗病毒性心肌炎103例

103 cases of children with viral myocarditis were cured by honeysuckle soup

目的:观察金银花汤治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法:对2010年1月～2011年12月收治的103例患儿随机分成治疗组53例,对照组50例。治疗组用金银花汤,对照组用能量合剂1支加入10%葡萄糖溶液100ml静脉滴注,观察其症状体症、心电图、胸片及心脏超声变化,检测心肌酶谱,柯萨奇病毒B(CoXB1～6)抗原抗体的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为98.1%与80.0%;显效率分别为69.8%与34.0%(均为P<0.01)。结论:金银花汤治疗病毒性心肌炎有较好疗效。

Objective：To investigate the curative efficacy of honeysuckle soup on viral myocarditis of children. During the time of January 2010 to December 2011, 103 eases of children with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group with 53 patients and control group with 50 patients. Patients in the treatment group was cured with one dose of honeysuckle soup twice a day; Patients in the control group were cured with 10% glucose which was added a ramus of energy mixture by intravenous infusion once a day, The course of treatment was 10 to 14 days. Then we observed the symptoms physical symptoms, electrocardiogram, sternite and heart ultrasound change, detected myocardium enzymogram, antigen-antibody changes of Coxsackie virus B （CoXB1 to 6） and efficacy evaluation, undertook the curative effect evaluation. Results.. The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 98. 1% and 8. 0% respectively, Excellence rate was 69.8% and 34.0% respectively, both P〈0.01. Conclusions： Honeysuckle soup has a good effect on the treatment of viral myoearditis.
