腋静脉留置针在新生儿的临床应用与分析

目的:探讨最适合新生儿静脉治疗和静脉高营养的留置针方法。方法:将200例使用静脉留置针的患儿分为实验组和对照组。实验组采取在患儿腋静脉置留置针,对照组采取在患儿四肢或头皮静脉置留置针,观察两组静脉留置针穿刺的成功率和保留天数及护理并发症。结果:实验组留置针穿刺的成功率和保留天数明显高于对照组,护理并发症明显低于对照组。结论:新生儿腋静脉留置针具有穿刺成功率高,留置时间长,护理并发症少,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the most appropriate neonatal intravenous therapy and intravenous nutrition catheter. Methods：200 cases of the use of intravenous catheter patients were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group to take home in children with axillary vein catheter control group to take the indwelling needle in children with limbs or scalp vein set, observe the success rate of two groups of vein indwelling catheter and retain the number of days and nursing complications. Re- suits ： the success rate of the experimental group, indwelling catheter and retain the number of days was significantly higher, care and complications was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion： Neonatal axillary vein catheter has a puncture success rate, long retention time, fewer complications, care, it is worth in clinical application.
