猪苓药用多糖含量测定

目的:测定猪苓药用植物多糖的含量,为猪苓质量控制和资源开发提供科学依据。方法:以葡萄糖为对照品,采用硫酸-蒽酮比色法测定猪苓药用植物可溶性多糖和粗多糖的含量。结果不同生长发育阶段的猪苓含量差异较显著,总多糖最高含量是最低含量地3倍。结论:测定方法简单、准确、快速。以多糖含量为指标,的质量最优。

Objective： To determine the of Polyporus medicinal plant polysaccharide to provide a scientific basis for the Polyporus quality con trol and resource development.Methods： glucose as reference,using sulfuric acid-anthrone colorimetric determination of the content of to Polyporus medicinal plants of soluble polysaccharides and polysaccharides.Results at different growth stages,the Polyporus content was more significant difference,the highest content of total polysaccharides is the lowest concentration to 3 times.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate and fast.As an indicator of polysaccharide content,the best quality.
