痛经对高校护生经济、情绪、学习影响研究

Survey on the impact of dysmenorrhea for college girls economy, emotion and learning

目的:了解痛经对高校护生经济、情绪及学习的影响,为痛经对女性身心危害及由此带来的社会危害的进一步研究提供有益资料。方法:采用自制调查表,对不同专业、不同年级的护理专业女生进行问卷调查,回收答卷后进行统计分析。结果:共发放问卷1048份,收回有效问卷907份。痛经女生中,需要长期服药控制痛经症状者108例,占调查总人数的11.91%,痛经对高校护生经济产生一定影响。痛经组高校护生压抑、沮丧、恐惧不安、痛苦、对生活无兴趣等不良情绪明显高于无痛经组,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。痛经对高校女生学习也产生一定影响。结论:需积极控制女性痛经症状,以减轻其对女性的身心影响。

Objective： To know the effect of dysmenorrhea for college girl economy,emotion and learning.To provide useful information for further research on the harm of dysmenorrhea to women＇s physical and scienceinduced.Methods： The self-made questionnaires were conducted to the female students from different specialties and grades to investigate their detailed information of menstruation and dysmenorrheal.Statis tical analysis was made after they returned the questionnaires.Results： 1048 questionnaires were provided and 907 were returned.Among the dysmenorrhea girls,Require long-term drug control dysmenorrhea symptom person are 108 cases,accounted for investigation of the total number of 11.91%.Dysmenorrhea is impact college girls’economic.Dysmenorrhea group college girls in bad mood as depressive,depression,fear,pain,without interest for life is obviously higher than without dysmenorrhea group girls,and has significant differences（P0.05）.Dysmenorrhea for college girl learning also produce certain effect.Conclusion： We need to actively control dysmenorrhea,in order to reduce the bad influence of body and mind to women.
