摘要
目的:了解分析本科护生实习期间社交焦虑的状况。方法:选择福建医科大学08级90名本科实习护生采用美国学者Leary编制的交往焦虑量表(IAS)和自制的本科实习护生一般情况调查表,进行问卷调查。结果:90名护理本科实习生社交焦虑程度高于普通大学生常模(P<0.05),女生社交焦虑程度高于男生,非独生子女社交焦虑程度高于独生子女,单亲家庭的社交焦虑程度高于双亲家庭。结论:临床带教老师在护生实习期间多关注学生的心理感受,多鼓励学生,指导学生有效的沟通技巧,以减轻学生的社交焦虑,提高其在人际交往当中的自信心。
Objective:To know about the status quo of social activities antiety of undergraduate nursing students.Methods:A total of 90 under graduate nursing students of Fujian Medical University were investigated by filling out American scholars Leary Interaction Anxiety Scale(IAS) and self-made general questionnaire of undergraduate nursing.Results:Social anxiety of nurse students got higher than the norm(P0.05),Social anxiety of girls got higher than boys’.Social anxiety of nurse students from family with only one child got lower than that of nurse students from family with at least two children.Social anxiety of nurse students from single parent family got higher than that of nurse students from normal family.Conclusion: Clinical teacher should pay more attention to the psychological feelings of the nursing students,give them more encouragement and teacher them effective communication skills,so that can reduce their social anxiety and improve their self-confidence of relationships.
